Envision Zimbabwe Women's Trust

At the heart of our work is the basic understanding that when women and girls are held back from fulfilling their potential, peace and development cannot be achieved at their fullest. That’s why we ensure women not only have their voices heard, but are at the forefront of change in the community.

Our Water and Sanitation Hygiene (WASH) programme helps people in Zimbabwe access their basic human right to clean water and good hygiene in their day to day lives. We facilitate community clean ups to ensure hygiene is prioritised and acted upon, and build protected wells and Blair toilets to ensure clean water and sanitation hygiene are sustained in the long-term. 

At Envision, we understand that conflict is a normal part of life, however violence is not. That’s why we are working to make peace the go-to when disagreements arise, rather than aggression and violence.
